TAKE NOTICE that a special proceeding seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
A Petition for Possession, Custody, and Control of Real Property and Sale of Real Property by Private Sale to Pay Debts of Charles Ogden. The real property sought to be sold is described as follows:

BEING all of Lot 42 of Tidalholm at Tidewater Plantation Subdivision, section 1, as the same appears on a map thereof recorded in Map Book 34 at Pages 371 & 372 of the New Hanover County Registry.

And being the same property described in Book 4597 at Page 677 of the New Hanover County Registry. This conveyance is made subject to any easements or restrictive covenants of record.

Also being identified as Tax Parcel ID #R07820-005-016-000

Address: 203 Passage Gate Way, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412. Petitioner seeks to take possession, custody, and control of said real property and sell the real property at a private sale in accordance with Chapter 1, Article 29A of the North Carolina General Statutes and to apply the proceeds of the sale of the real property; first, to the satisfaction of the debts and other claims against the Estate and the costs of administration; and after satisfaction of the debts and other claims against the Estate and costs of administration, distribute to the heirs.

A hearing will be held on June 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., in room 222 of the New Hanover County Courthouse located at 316 Princess Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. If you fail to file a written response or appear on June 20, 2016, any judgment entered by the Court shall be binding as if you were personally before the Court and any payment or distribution made by the Administrator under orders of the Court shall have the effect of fully discharging such personal representative and any sureties on the personal representative’s official bond to the full extent of such payment or distribution as ordered.
