Joint Memorial Service For Donna Hellams and James Madden

Donna Hellams of 417-C Carolina Beach Avenue North passed away on December 27th, 2016 after a long illness. She resided at the home of her mother Frances Clark.
Donna was a great cook and enjoyed making delicious foods for others to eat. She also enjoyed playing the flute and writing poems.
Survivors are Frances Clark, mother, of 417-C Carolina Beach Avenue North, four sisters Terry Hellams of East Bend, N.C., Debra Evans of Newberry, S.C., Drucilla Hellams of Rayford, N.C., and Cindy Gunn of Belton, S.C. Two brothers Robert Trotter of Carolina Beach and Tommy Hellams of Clinton, S.C., a very special friend Kristina Pireda.
James Madden, who also resided at the same address with his sister Frances Clark, passed away on September 28th, 2016 after a long illness. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Survivors are one sister, Frances Clark of Carolina Beach, one brother, Bruce Madden of Lexington, N.C., five nieces and six nephews. This daughter and brother will be greatly missed. They are in God's hands now and no longer ill.
A joint memorial service is scheduled on January 22nd, 2017 at 3PM. Pastor Charles Hill will be presiding at the Beach Community Church, #5 North Fourth Street at the corner of Cape Fear Blvd and Fourth Street, Carolina Beach, N.C.
