Dylan Kramer, a senior at NC State University studying business entrepreneurship and marketing, is involved with Young Entrepreneurs Across America (YEAA).
YEAA, is an “elite” internship associated with top colleges across the country.  This internship is an opportunity for top, hard-working college students to gain real-life experience in what it takes to build a business from scratch, while also earning money to assist with college-related expenses.  Students can also choose to donate some of their proceeds to a charity of choice.  Dylan Kramer is a resident of Carolina Beach and would like a portion of his proceeds to go to the Carolina Beach Fire Relief Fund to help victims of the recent fires in the community.
The company has been in business for 28 years and gives students who are hired into this program an opportunity to actually run a house painting business, called Student Painters.  Dylan will be running his own house painting business in the Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Monkey Junction areas this spring and summer.  Branch managers are assigned territories based on where they live during the summer.
Student Painters partners with Sherwin Williams who supply top rated products at a discount, which is passed on to the customers.   The company provides intense training for the student painters and branch managers and every manager has a support network of executives to assist them in every step of the process. The company provides all of the liability and workers compensation insurance, they are certified by the EPA, and everyone involved is licensed and bonded.  There is a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and estimates are absolutely free.
Each Branch Manager is supplied with countless hours of training from cold calling, marketing, estimates, sales, management, leadership and customer communication.  As part of the internship, the branch managers market for business in their territory during the spring, trying to find as many leads for painting jobs as possible.  The students book their jobs for late spring and summer, where the crews will work with their Branch Manager, from the beginning of May until August.  This internship is extremely challenging but it provides young people with an amazing opportunity to learn how to run a business and develop skills to help them with their future business endeavors.
Though exterior home painting is a majority of the work that goes on, other services include staining, sanding, prepping, priming, glazing, scrapping and power-washing.  The services are not limited to home itself.  Windows, decks, fences, sheds and whatever else an individual may need prepped or painted can be worked on as well.  Student painters is made up of a group of students who are at the top of their classes academically.  These students are ambitious, accountable, dependable, responsible and trustworthy.
Dylan would like you to know that he has integrity and a very strong work ethic.   If given the chance, he feels certain you will be 100% satisfied.  If you or anyone you know would like a free estimate, Dylan can be reached at (910) 262-2303 or via email address is Dylankramer80@yahoo .com.
