the above entitled action.  The nature of the relief being sought is a  temporary restraining order requiring you to vacate the premises at 225 Seacrest Drive, Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, to remain off those premises and not interfere with Plaintiffs’ listing those premises for sale; a preliminary injunction continuing that order; your permanent  ejection from those premises; judgment at the rate of $2,600.00 per  month from 1 May 2012 until you are removed from the premises and  Judgment that upon the sale of the premises any surplus should be
distributed to the remainder beneficiary of The Robotham Real Property Trust. You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than September 15, 2015.  Upon your failure to do so, Plaintiffs will apply  to the Court for the relief sought.
