On or about June 10, 2016 Steven Lecon filed a Summary Administration Estate (16E810 New Hanover County), regarding Beverly Gray Lecon, deceased, late of Marin County, California. This is to notify all persons having claims against said Estate that Steven Lecon assumes all responsibility for any valid claims as the surviving spouse of the deceased and anyone having claims is to exhibit them to the undersigned’s attorney, on or before the 15th day of September, 2016, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
