Individuals that are interested in analyzing the shifts that occur throughout Man’s history, need to be paying close attention to what is happening throughout the world today, there is a major clash that has developed over the past four generations, the trend is moving towards a concept of globalism, that is being diminished by nationalist positions or ideological constructs that require a very restrictive environment on a individual’s freedom, and these forces are fighting for supremacy.

This may be an intellectually interesting exercise, but to some of us the potential for the dissolution of our Constitution is frightening, and this threat is real, which can be seen in many nations around the world that have progressed further than the United States, and they are looking to turn away from the actions that they have taken. The reader might be interested in reading last week’s “The Melting Pot”, because there are many aspects that are interwoven with this article. Two other items that are recommended, to make the threat more understandable, is a science fiction novel 1984 by Gorge Orwell, and “Rules for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky, a community organizer.

Following this reading list will give the electorate a good perspective of how we have been manipulated over the generations. Some systems manage to merge with other systems, making them more efficient over time, this appears to of happened with the Rules for Radicals and Orwell’s 1984, one cannot say that this connection is directly related, but there is a very high correlation with how they are be applied today. It’s highly recommended that this material is read before the coming general election. If you are an American that believes in the general principles that were put forth in our Constitution it’s important to make yourself aware of the actions that are being taken to take these freedoms away from the individual. Don’t discount 1984 because it’s a science fiction book, the methods that are being employed today will hit home as you read the book.

The reader might be tempted to discount the implications in 1984 at first, but it’s important to remember that this movement has been active for over four generations, and it has infiltrate just about every institution in our society, just to cite a few: education, the media, unions, government agencies, multi-national corporations, and banking. The individual is not going to be free to move vertically through our system until these institutions are reined in.
It might be instructive to compare some of the issues that are addressed in this novel and what is happening in our culture today.

There is one aspect that has been a part of our lexicon for many generations, and that’s the term “doublespeak”, which is defined as an utterance that can be understood in more than one way and that is used to trick or deceive people, usually through concealment or misrepresentation of the truth, also referred to as gobbledygook. Another term that’s used frequently is “free speech space” which is designed to keep comments that might be offensive in locations that an Establishment institution feels is adequately removed from the general public, this position is diametrically opposed to the Constitution’s position, but many of our institutions of higher learning don’t let this get in the way of their actions. “Politically correct speech” (PC) is another trend that is right out of 1984, this is speech the Establishment considers inoffensive, and can be used among the general public, but there are exceptions that must be learned, because it does not fit all situations, an example of this relates to religious groups, an individual can say or defame all religious groups, except for one, out of fear of retribution, which is another position that is diametrically opposed to the Constitution’s position.

The Establishment has gradually been changing descriptions of the Nation’s history, emphasizing the negative actions taken in the past, and ignoring the contributions we have made, that have benefited other cultures all over the world. The government is bring in a huge number of individuals from various cultures that are not assimilating into our culture, giving the Nation a multi-national or global structure, many of whom have not been vetted, and are rapidly increasing our debt. One thing is clear, and that’s the fact that the Establishment needs to be reined in fast if we are to survive as a nation envisioned by our Founding fathers.
