FAITH makes all things possible.
LOVE makes all things easy.
HOPE makes all things work.

Jonah. We are a lot like this guy. When we are asked to do something tough, we often run in the other direction. And usually it doesn’t work out well for us! The book of Jonah is not just about that whale. And a story of survival. It’s about not running away. Jonah’s story is about a journey. Faith. Obedience.
Join us as we begin a study from the Old Testament book of Jonah. See how Jonah’s tory related to you.
We are a very friendly faith community who really believe in providing a “no judgment” zone, accepting each other just as we are, and together, growing in our Christian faith through worship, studying the Scripture and serving others.
What to expect? A casual style service with contemporary worship, a relevant Scripture based message and a sense of community.
Mondays: Holy Yoga 6-7pm (small fee)
Thursdays: GriefShare  10-noon

Beach Worship:   We are in our fourth season of beach worship which will continue each Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. through September.  Come and join us on the beach at the “F” Avenue public access in Kure Beach.  Bring a chair or blanket.  There will be music, prayers, a scripture reading, a short reflection and Holy Communion – all in about 30 minutes.  It’s a very meaningful worship experience in one of the most beautiful sanctuaries God has given us.
Beer and Hymns:   This fun event is held monthly at Good Hops Brewing on the corner of Harper Avenue and Dow Road, is open to everyone, and lasts about an hour.  This month we will be meeting on Sunday, August 21, at 6:00 p.m.
If you don’t like beer, they also have wine and other things to drink.  Also you can bring snacks to share or a bite to eat.  It’s pretty “low key.” We hope you will join us for an evening of fun.
