Under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Mary T. Kelley and Marc S. Kelley to Jeffrey W. Porter, Trustee(s), which was dated June 16, 2003 and recorded on June 20, 2003 in Book 3849 at Page 136, New Hanover County Registry, North Carolina.
