Under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Paul E. Jarrell and Eleanor K. Jarrell to David L. Brunk, Trustee(s), which was dated July 14, 2006 and recorded on July 17, 2006 in Book 5052 at Page 682, New Hanover County Registry, North Carolina.
