Under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust executed by Mary Haggins to Hutchens & Senter, Trustee(s), which was dated May 4, 2004 and recorded on May 12, 2004 in Book 4318 at Page 1, New Hanover County Registry, North Carolina.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jeremy B. Wilkins, Commissioner, pursuant to the Order/Judgment entered in the above-captioned case on December 2, 2019 (“Order”), and by virtue of the appointment, power and authority contained in that Order, has been authorized and ordered to sell the property commonly known as 7217 Cloverfield Court, Wilmington, NC 28411 (“Property”).   Said Property is secured by the Deed of Trust executed by John K. Newton and Ellen B. Newton, dated February 17, 2005 and recorded on February 23, 2005 in Book 4684 at Page 208 of the New Hanover County, North Carolina Registry.
