Dear Sir or Madam,
Are you kidding me?
Common sense. That is something lacking in our courts today. Throwing out a lower court’s rather lengthy, well-articulated decision based on sound facts, the Fourth Circuit’s decision leaves you scratching your head.
Since the Voter ID law’s adoption in 2013, evidence demonstrates more people of all stripes, yes, including minorities, showed up to vote in elections since. The Fourth Circuit’s three-court panel, all Democratic appointees, did not care. Blatant left-wing judicial activism telling us North Carolinians we do not need to show ANY form of identification when we vote in November.
Sincerely, Kalyn Simmons
