12th Annual Golf Tournament and Games Day at the Country Club of Landfall April 13th

Wilmington, NC - Good Shepherd Center is excited to announce its 12th Annual Golf Tournament and Games Day to be held Monday, April 13th at the Country Club of Landfall on the Nicklaus Course. Golf registration begins at 11:30am, and the Tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1:00pm.  All golfers will have the opportunity to purchase mulligans and sign up for the putting contest at the door.  The registration fee, which includes golf, cart, practice range, gift bag, and dinner for golfers is $200 per player, or $800 for a team of four.  Space is limited, though registration is still open for both golfers and Games Day participants.  Please contact Janet Knott at Good Shepherd Center, 910-763-4424 x113 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any questions about the day’s events. Games Day will begin with an optional lunch at 11:30 for $16.50, and Games play will begin at 12:30pm. Duplicate Bridge, Party Bridge, Mahjongg and Mexican Train will be offered during Games Day, and other games are welcomed.  Prize giveaways will also take place during Games Day. A donation of $25 is requested to participate in Games Day. Space is limited and registration must be received by April 8th.  The Golf Tournament and Games Day will be followed by dinner, golfer awards, special speakers, and a silent auction.
All proceeds from Golf and Games Day will benefit Good Shepherd Center, the largest provider of services for the homeless and hungry in the tri-county area. Good Shepherd serves over 70,000 meals per year in their community soup kitchen and provides beds for 118 men, women and families each night.
