6th Annual Holland Hustle April 24th

Holland Hustle funds is a community supported event to support the music, PE and art departments of Carolina Beach Elementary School. The race was started six years ago.  Race proceeds will benefit Carolina Beach Elementary School Music and Technology program in memory of two special teachers – Ms. Vickie Holland and Ms. Paula Holland who passed away of cancer. Let your kids have some fun while participating in an event that promotes fitness and supports the school! Bring them to a fun race that includes running, but also going through various obstacles along the 1.2 mile course. The Adventure Run is for children 13 years old and under.  Participants 14 years and older may sign-up for the Adventure Run but will not be timed. After the Adventure Run, encourage your child to run the traditional 5K with parents and friends!
Adventure Run Course: This course will be near Carolina Beach School with obstacles. Participants 13 and under will be timed.  Participants 14 and older will not be timed.  Parents are encouraged to register and run with their child. Obstacles include: Child’s and Adult climbing walls, tire pull, running through tires, army crawl, sandbag carry, shot put, and many others. 5K Course: (UPDATE) The 5K start and finish are in front of the playground on Clarendon St., east on Atlanta, around the lake, then west on Atlanta, south on 6th street, east on Carolina Sands Drive, north on Oceanward Lane,  west on Seafarer Drive , north on 6th Street, east on Clarendon St. to the finish line. https://its-go-time.com/holland-hustle/
