During a news conference held Saturday February 7th, District Attorney Ben David said there was a property dispute that began in December.
Modolo filed a report of larceny with the New Hanover County Sheriff's Department on Thursday. Listed in the report were a gas powered hedge trimmer, generator, lawn mower, and other items. David explained Sheriff's Deputies talked to Nielsen and he told them he had already sold the items.
