CAROLINA BEACH - The Town of Carolina Beach will hold a workshop on Thursday November 19, 2015  from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Council meeting room at Town Hall to review the utility and street improvements that are planned for the areas north of Clarendon Avenue and south of Raleigh Avenue from the ocean to 5th Street.
The workshop will be held in an informal setting so Town staff can meet one on one with residents to answer questions about how properties will be impacted. The project is part of a five year infrastructure project to address aging water, sewer and storm water lines mainly in residential areas west of Lake Park Blvd. The Town recommends all property owners in these areas attend to see how their property access will be changing.
Work is scheduled to begin in February 2016.
For more information you can contact Assistant Town Manager Ed Parvin with any questions or comments prior to the meeting at 458-2526, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
