CAROLINA BEACH, NC May 16, 2019: Officers with the Carolina Beach Police Department completed multiple reports of items stolen from motor vehicles on Canal Dr., Carolina Beach Ave. North, and Florida Ave. areas of Carolina Beach.  The evidence in the case revealed multiple suspects involved in the motor vehicle break ins.  The investigation ensued and subsequently a search warrant was executed at 400 Virginia Ave. Unit#301A.  The Carolina Beach Police Department arrested Cullen Patrick Dorsey, a 20-year-old male from 400 Virginia Ave. Unit#301A and Cory Luke Stafford, a 19-year-old male from 210 Rockledge Rd., Wilmington, N.C. for multiple charges related to the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft.  As a result of this investigation and arrest, Carolina Beach Detectives were able to return property to the victims.  This case is currently on-going and additional charges and arrests are expected.

New Hanover County Magistrate placed Dorsey on a $20,000 secured, awaiting first appearance.
