Dear Editor,
Carolina and Kure Beach residents need to request our New Hanover Commissioners to have a property reevaluation during 2011.
I encourage our residents to contact the Commissioners either by E-Mail or phone calls (see below) to bring visibility to this important issue. IN ADDITION, all Home Owners Associations (HOA) need to address this issue at their annual/monthly meetings to pursue contacting our Commissioners concerning a reevaluation of our OVER valued properties.
