These past few weeks have seen a nice uptick in showing activity. To take advantage of the spring selling season, it is important for sellers to be prepared.
The key ingredients to having buyers look at your home include: 1) Curb Appeal, 2) Quality Photography, 3) An accurate price. From here, the floor plan, the specific location, and interior features take over!
It is also very helpful to have a property-specific website that buyers can access. It should be a website just for your property, and include tons of pictures, aerial views, maps, area features and more! This week I thought it would be helpful to share a summary of several recent sales, so you can know more about the specific features and design elements that resulted in recent sales.
