After the Light Up the Lake Ceremony last Friday people headed over to the Boardwalk to visit with Santa, have some hot chocolate at the Welcome Center, enjoy a fire pit with storytelling, a live nativity scene and more.

The Island Of Lights held the Light Up the Lake Ceremony last Friday night. On Friday December 6th, it's the Island of Lights Christmas Parade through downtown Carolina Beach followed by the Island of Lights Flotilla at the Carolina Beach Municipal Marina on December 7th.
