Established in 1950, the Wilmington Regional Health and Safety School is a non-profit organization committed to bringing important safety and health information to the public. This year the 62nd Annual Wilmington Regional Safety and Health School takes place on Wednesday, July 25th, Thursday, July 26th , and Friday, July 27th at the Best Western Coastline Inn in Downtown Wilmington. This is a great opportunity for employers and employees in many industries to learn about safety and health in the workplace. Attendees will receive10 hours of MESH credit . The Wilmington Regional Health and Safety School hosts the region’s largest Safety Expo. This event is both fun and informative. With a mini social on Wednesday night, and a Moonlight Shrimp A Roo Cruise on Thursday, and more speakers on Friday. Guest speakers include NC Department of Labor Commissioner, Cherie K. Berry and William Gerringer.
