NEW HANOVER CTY - Residents in the unincorporated area of New Hanover County are asked to have all remaining winter storm debris ready for pickup by Friday, March 21, 2014. Collection crews are expected to begin their second and final pass this weekend.
Debris should be placed neatly on the curbside, away from the street, drainage ditches, fire hydrants, street signs, mailboxes and parked cars. Residents are asked to not bag any storm debris. There will be no pick up of construction or demolition material.
