Congratulations to Mr. Broadfoot for persevering through the process and expense to open his studio. His neighbors complained that his presence may cost them money in the way of additional insurance premiums, which they apparently could not provide enough evidence to convince council that their complaint was valid. I would venture that Mr. Broadfoot has a better argument that their actions cost him money.
Ms. Friede claims that this business is not in "harmony" with the others, really?, can you explain in what universe a pet shop, a frame gallery, an attorneys office, an insurance office, a nail salon or what ever else may be there are harmonious. Ms. Friede and Mr. Bridges may want to consider a move into the 21st century. I wish him much success.
