Up the river still reports of striped bass being caught as well as some red drum and large speckled trout.
Around Carolina Beach catching quite a few undersized speckled trout and some red drum. The water temperature is holding at 51 degrees which is good for a winter time temperature.
This is why we have had a decent winter for speckled trout. Keep fishing and stay safe.
