Upcoming events featured in the state of North Carolina for the spring of 2013 include: March 2-3: Lochmere, Cary; April 27-28: Lonnie Poole, Raleigh; September 21-22: Fox Den CC, Charlotte.
This choice tour has produced over 2,500 collegiate golfers who have signed letters of intent at over 200 universities and plays a vital role in promoting junior golf throughout the country. Playing on the nationally accredited tour will give all juniors an opportunity to gain nationwide exposure through multiple ranking systems including the National Junior Golf Scoreboard (NJGS), the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), and the Golfweek/Titleist Performance Index, among others. All 3 of the previously mentioned tournaments will be ranked in accordance with The Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA). The TYGA is the leading and most prominent of the ranking systems throughout the state of North Carolina. The TYGA is extremely beneficial for young players seeking exposure and offers them the opportunity to play amongst the best competition in the state.
