Pleasure Island Soccer: Final Results and All-Star Game held this Past Weekend

WEEK 9 May 11th  Games
• U7 Boys – May 11th - In the consolation game Wilmington Athletic Club and Superior Auto ended in a 0-0 tie. In the Battle for 3rd Place Cranfill, Summer & Hartzog was able to win after outscoring Rent a John’s 2-0. In the Championship Game neither team could crack the other teams defense and this game eneded in a 0-0 tie.
• U7 Girls – May 11th - Signal was able to take 3rd Place after winning their final game of the season 2-0 over Victory Awards and Trophies. In the other game Harris Teeter was able to claim 2nd Place in the Regular Season after their 2-0 win over Ribbet Salon. In the final game 1st Place Island Gazette gave up a late goal and finished in a 1-1 tie and closed out their season with a 8-1-1 record on the season.
• U8 Boys – May 11th - Progressive Land Development finished out their Regular Season in 1st Place with a 7-1 record after defeating Rucker John’s 6-1. In the other game Kidsville News was able to finish in 2nd Place with a 6-1-1 record after their 5-0 shutout win over 4 Seasons Site & Demo.
• U8 Girls – May 11th - In the consolation game State Farm – David Ward was able to pick up the in 3-2 over Froggy Pond. In the battle for 3rd Place Chick-Fil-A was able to defeat Kate’s Pancake House 2-0. In the Championship Game
• U9 Boys – May 11th - E2A finished out their season in 2nd Place with a 6-2-1 record after they defeated El Cazador 7-1. In the other game Wilmington Trolley Co. finished out their Regular Season in 1st Place with a 6-1-2 record after they defeated Pleasure Island Rentals 6-1.
• U9 Girls – May 11th – No Scores for the Final Week.
• U10 Boys – May 11th - sland Montessori won their 2nd game of the year 7-4 over John Byrnes/ REALTOR®. In the other game Wilmington Lawn & Leisure was able to finish out their season in 1st Place with a 8-1 record after their 2-1 win over Coastwalk Real Estate.
• U11 Girls – Division 1 – May 7th – ZIP ZAP vs. Constructive Building, no score. May 11th – Wethrill finished out their season with a 7-2 record and took 2nd Place after their 5-0 win over After Shock. In the other game Constructive Building Solutions was able to improve their record to 5-3 after their close 2-1 win over Wild Wings Girls. In the final game ZIP ZAP was able to improve to 8-0 on their season and take 1st Place after their 8-1 win over Fuzzy Peach.
• U11 Girls – Division 2 – May 11th – NRL Builders was able to finish with a 3-6-1 record after their 2-0 win over PI Republic. In the other game Papa Johns finished out their regular season in 1st Place with a 8-0-1 record after they defeated Subsurface Support 3-1.
• U12 Boys – May 11th - Quench Gum improved to 9-0-1 and finished in 1st Place after their 6-3 win over Krazy Kones. In the other game Michael’s Seafood was able to improve their record to 6-2-2 and finished in 3rd Place after their 5-0 win over TCS Basys Controls. In the 3rd Game Omega Sports was able to finish in 2nd Place with a 7-2-1 record after the defeated IronGates Partners.
• U14 Girls – May 11th – In the consolation game Freedom Lawn was able to pick up the 4-0 win over The Dive Foods & Spirits. In the battle for 3rd Place Brush Dental was able to pick up the 4-0 win. In the Championship Game both teams couldn’t crack the other teams defense and this game ended in a 0-0 tie.
• U14/U15 Boys – May 11th - Shuckin Shack was able to finish out their regular season with a 7-0-1 record and take 1st Place after beating Masonboro Urgent Care 1-0. In the 2nd game Trophy Rides won their 3rd game of the season after beating St. James Plantations 1-0.
