What’s so bad about calling it a “Christmas Tree"?

Is it a Christmas tree, or is it a Holiday tree? That is the question. It doesn’t matter because they’re both the same. Think of it; what is the holiday we are celebrating? Why, it’s Christmas of course! What is Christmas? It’s the day we celebrate the birth of Jesus. There was never a Christmas before Jesus was born, and He wasn’t born on Christmas day. So, without Jesus there would no Christmas Holiday to celebrate! I hear the reason to call it a Holiday tree is to be inclusive to all. God already did that with Jesus. John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”  This brings us back to the question “Is it a Christmas tree, or is it a Holiday tree?” So, if you are not celebrating the birth of Jesus. You are not celebrating Christmas. If this is not so; what holiday are you celebrating? Fact is, there is no other holiday at this time but Christmas. In the midst of all the glitz and glitter of this season. It’s easy to see how Christ could be ignored; and it could just become a “holiday.” It would be odd to take Christ out of Christmas, when it’s all about Him. So, what’s so bad about calling it a “Christmas Tree?”
